I'm learning the art of canning, one jar at a time! So far, I've figured out how to can peaches, green beans, and applesauce, and I'm excited to keep learning. Jalapeños are next on my list, along with plenty of other things I'd love to preserve. I'm sharing my little canning journey, the things I learn along the way, and hopefully inspiring others to give it a try, too!
